RBL Bank is one of India's leading private sector banks with an expanding presence across the country. The bank aimed to renovate its credit card application, originally designed 10 years ago.

Our goal was to modernize the app, allowing customers to manage their cards independently and reduce reliance on call centers. We focused on elevating the app's design and functionality to increase engagement and provide a better overall user experience.
